How very nice to meet you. I am over the moon that you have dropped by.
Well, one has to start somewhere, so this is it.
Welcome to my humble corner of the blogesphere. Pull up a chair, get cosy, and tell me all about it, as Frasier would say, 'I'm listening'. I want to make some new friends, have some laughs, swap some stories and generally share the love.
This rollercoaster ride we call infertility is a big old grotbag of horrid. Help me laugh through the stupid days, enjoy the good days, winge and moan about the bad days and scrape me up off the floor and put me back together after the worst of the worst days. I promise I will do the same for you! Pinky swear promise with a cherry on the top.
I am living in limbo land currently, awaiting the go ahead for our first IUI. I am Mrs inpatient pants and so all of this waiting is driving me up the wall and down again. Limbo land is boring boring boring.
So, tips from those who have been through the wait please... What can I do to stay sane while I wait it out?
And welcome, do come back and visit again.
Here to follow along....all the way....
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear it!
DeleteThank you so much for inviting me!
ReplyDeleteIt wouldn't be the same without you.
DeleteHey there gorgeous :)
ReplyDeletebackatcha
DeleteAll the love as always!!!
ReplyDeleteSmooooooooch!
DeleteHi Luna! So glad to see you again!
ReplyDeleteGood to see you too!
DeleteHey there gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI have to wait forever and a day, too, apparently to accomplish another IVF. No real advice... all I do is try to stay as goofy as possible and remind myself "but yeah, once you DO get to that IVF you'll for sure be DOING something"... (After awhile it's weirdly liberating not having to think about it each month, promise).
I lova dova dove you.
I am so glad I have you to wait it out with.
DeleteLooooooove you right back.
Hey Hon! I'm her and "I'm Listening" er reading too! I love Frasier! I watched Cheers and then Frasier all the way through when I was doing my IUIs. It kept me laughing.
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing like a really great sit-com to get you through the tough times.
DeleteDouble dose day! It's nice to be welcomed to your new space.
ReplyDeleteI can feel many double doses coming on. There is so much in my head that needs releasing!
DeleteI like it! Glad you feel comfortable writing here.
ReplyDeleteI will figure it out, bit by bit. Hugs to you.
DeleteHello :-) I really like this space!
ReplyDeleteThanks baby-cakes.
DeleteYay new blog from an old blogger! (Not talking about your age, of course). :) Liking this here space... feels cozy.
ReplyDeleteLets hunker down and get friendly. I missed you guys!
DeleteOoh pretty blog for a pretty blogger. I don't have a lot of advice, the waiting is a giant suck hole. Diving in here and feeling all the love of these women is what helps me the most.
ReplyDeleteI am diving right back in so I can splash about with my ladies.
DeleteLove the space, doll-face!
ReplyDeleteSmooch to you.
DeleteSo glad you have this space! I hate limbo land. For the times when I have to wait for ages, I take up as many little hobbies as possible (photography, fiction writing, baking), but even that can only help so much. Hoping the wait is over soon!
ReplyDeleteOh...and I wanted to say I love the title! Very whimsical. And perfect.
DeleteWhy thank you Missy. It was one of the titles I considered way back when and I have always liked it.
DeleteWhoop-whoop! Love the new space. I have 3 words for you regarding waiting out the wait: wine and more wine. xo
ReplyDeleteWine, lovely lovely wine.
DeleteI feel you Luna - the waiting is brutal. Which is why, of course, I just started a blog, too. Biting my fingernails down to the elbows seems to be working too. Keep up the entertaining posts and good luck!
ReplyDeleteComing over to check you out madam. Blogging saved my sanity.
